Why you’re still stuck
You probably don’t need more information.
You already know how to think. The problem is that personal decisions are rarely blocked by intelligence.
They get tangled in fear, identity, expectations, family, timing—and sometimes in a version of your life that no longer exists.
And sometimes life itself changes the question. A promotion. A business sale. A significant relationship milestone. A midlife reassessment. A moment that makes the old map stop fitting.
That’s why another pros-and-cons list can leave you more informed—and no clearer.
The Challenge helps you separate the decision from everything wrapped around it.
1
You keep reopening the question.
Every few weeks, you arrive back at the same unresolved question.
2
You’ve asked people you trust.
Their advice may be reasonable. It still hasn’t made the answer yours.
3
Waiting hasn’t created clarity.
More time has given you more thoughts—not necessarily a better decision.
When life changes the question
Sometimes you are not stuck because you lack ambition. You are stuck because the life you built is no longer the life you are standing in.
A promotion can do it. So can hitting a plateau after years of doing everything right. A layoff. Selling the business you built. Starting a new one. Reaching financial independence and realizing you never planned past it. Children becoming independent. A significant relationship milestone. A midlife reassessment that changes what the next decade needs to look like. Or simply reaching a point where what used to matter no longer matters in the same way.
For executives, founders, investors, and other high-performing professionals, these transitions can be especially disorienting. You may still be functioning at a high level while privately realizing that the assumptions underneath your next decision have changed.
The question is no longer only “What should I do?” It may also become: “What fits my life now?”
The hidden cost of indecision
The decision does not stay neatly contained in one corner of your life.
When something important remains unresolved, you keep paying for it—even on days you are not actively thinking about it.
It drains attention.
Part of your mind keeps reopening the same question, replaying scenarios and looking for certainty that never quite arrives.
It weakens self-trust.
The longer you avoid choosing, the easier it becomes to wonder whether you can trust yourself to choose at all.
It keeps the next chapter waiting.
Sometimes life has already changed. The unresolved decision is what keeps the next chapter from beginning.
The five-day arc
Five days. One decision.
You do not need certainty. You need enough clarity to move.
Each day removes a different layer of confusion so the decision gets simpler, more grounded, and more actionable.
DAY 1
Name the Gap
Get clear on what has changed, what you want now, and the decision sitting underneath it.
DAY 2
Find the Real Cost
See what staying undecided is already costing you—and what happens if nothing changes.
DAY 3
Separate What’s Yours
Separate what you actually want from fear, expectations, family narratives, and other people’s opinions.
DAY 4
Test the Decision
Pressure-test what is emerging. What is real risk? What is imagined risk? What assumptions need testing?
DAY 5
Make the Decision
Make the decision that matters now—and leave with one commitment and one concrete first move for the next 30 days.
What makes this different
This is not about getting someone else’s answer.
The work is designed to help you see the decision more clearly—and test what emerges before you act.
Not advice
I will not tell you what to choose.
You make the final call because you are the one who has to live with it.
Not more analysis
We stop feeding the loop.
We separate what is real from fear, expectations, and imagined consequences.
Not blind intuition
Clarity still gets pressure-tested.
What emerges still has to hold up against risk, tradeoffs, timing, and what happens next.
This is for you if
You’re willing to do more than think.
You have a meaningful decision, question, or challenge that keeps resurfacing.
You are at an inflection point: a career plateau, layoff, promotion into executive leadership, business sale or new venture, financial independence, children becoming independent, a midlife reassessment, or a significant relationship milestone.
You are willing to look beyond a pros-and-cons list.
You have built a successful life but suspect some choices may no longer fit.
You want help hearing yourself more clearly—not someone telling you what to do.
This may not be the right fit if
You want the answer handed to you.
You are looking primarily for advice rather than a process for reaching your own conclusion.
You are not willing to attend and participate in the live sessions.
You want certainty without examining the assumptions behind the decision.
You are not ready to work on a real decision right now.
This is an active challenge: show up live, camera on, do the exercises, and bring the real decision you want to work through.
What happens after Day 5
Clarity is only useful if it changes what you do next.
The Challenge is built to end in movement—not just a temporary feeling of insight.
One decisionYou name the decision clearly enough to act on it.
One commitmentYou decide what you are willing to stand behind—even without perfect certainty.
One concrete first moveYou identify the action that turns the decision from an idea into something real.
A 30-day directionYou leave knowing what needs to happen next so you do not slide back into another month of thinking.

Why I can guide this work
I know the world where achievement and uncertainty collide.
I’ve spent more than two decades making and leading consequential decisions across strategy, operations, executive leadership, investing, and entrepreneurship.
I also know what happens when the usual tools stop working. Some of my biggest questions could not be solved by more analysis. That search took me outside the conventional path, including two years living and studying in an ashram in India.
I understand the part of you that wants evidence, logic, and a framework—and the part that is trying to answer a quieter question:
“What is actually mine to do?”
I won’t make your decision for you. My job is to help you hear yourself clearly enough to make it.

What others have experienced
Clarity can feel surprisingly practical.
Reflections from people Saket has worked with in prior guided conversations and coaching.
“
I didn’t need another framework. I needed to see what was actually mine to decide. Once that clicked, the noise dropped away pretty quickly. I left knowing what I wanted to do — and why.
— Gina
“
I was skeptical going in. Already talked it to death with people I trust. What helped was seeing I wasn’t missing more [information] — I was avoiding one uncomfortable truth. After that, the decision got a lot simpler.
— Charles
“
The conversation was gentle, but not vague. I felt like I could finally hear myself without all the pressure around the decision. I left feeling calmer, clearer, and much more certain about my next step.
— Nicole
“
For me, the shift was very practical. I separated actual risk from the stories I had built around it. By the end of the [conversation], there was really only one decision that made sense.
— Puneet
“
There was a moment where everything seemed to settle. I’d come in with several threads running at once, and suddenly there was one clear thing asking for my attention. That felt surprisingly grounding.
— Coleen
“
My situation had a lot of moving pieces, so I assumed a guided process might be too simplistic. It wasn’t. It helped me strip away what was secondary and focus on the decision that would actually change things.
— Anthony
“
Working through it, I realized I was carrying everyone else’s voice into the [decision] — family, expectations, what looked sensible. Once I could separate that from what I actually wanted, the answer felt much more honest.
— Richa
“
I kept waiting to feel 100% sure. What I realized was that certainty was the trap. I didn’t need all the answers — I needed enough clarity to move.
— Erin
“
I thought I needed more time. I really didn’t. I needed to stop circling the same thoughts and admit what I already knew. Once I had that [clarity], it felt obvious what I had to do next.
— Amit
“
What surprised me was that the answer wasn’t hiding somewhere complicated. I had five different problems in my head, but there was really one decision underneath all of them. Once I saw that, everything else reorganized around it.
— Andrew
“
I’m pretty analytical, so my instinct is always to gather more data. This guided [process] helped me recognize the point where more analysis had stopped being useful. I left with a decision I could actually act on.
— Matt

FAQ
Questions before you join?
What if I don’t know what my “one decision” is yet?
That’s okay. Day 1 helps you sort through what’s competing for your attention and identify the decision worth working on.
Is this only for career decisions?
No. Bring the decision, question, or challenge you keep circling—whether it involves career, business, relationships, family, lifestyle, identity, or something harder to categorize.
Can you really help me make a decision this personal?
I won’t make it for you. The Challenge helps you examine what is keeping you stuck, separate signal from noise, and pressure-test what is emerging.
What if I’ve been thinking about this for years?
If you’ve been thinking about it for years, more unstructured thinking probably isn’t what’s missing. The Challenge gives you a different way to work through it.
